Accommodation comprises 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 w/c (one on each level), a generous sized living area and is perfectly suited for three couples, two families or a group of singles.
Upstairs comprises kitchen / dining area and spacious living with large TV and new leather couches, two 3 seaters and one 2 seater.
Off this area is the main bedroom. A recent total makeover comprises new bedroom suite including king bed suite, new king mattress, side tables, a matching dresser and bed lamps.
The balcony with views of the reef is accessible from main bedroom and living area.
Downstairs the second main bedroom has had the same full makeover as the bedroom upstairs with the exception it's a new queen bed suite. The third bedroom is equipped with three sets of bunks. The laundry and second w/c are adjacent. A refreshments refrigerator is located in the laundry.

The living area upstairs and both bedrooms downstairs are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioners.
Outside there's an expansive deck area with 2 x outdoor bench seating and gas BBQ on one side, and on the other, a fish cleaning station for the fishing enthusiast with outdoor shower facilities alongside.
Other than linen and consumables, everything else is supplied. Linen is available at an additional charge. If required please enquire at time of booking.
